RateNinja is a mortgage rate comparison and coaching platform that helps you:

• Upload and organize mortgage rate quotes from multiple lenders
• Compare rates, APR, and costs side-by-side
• Track rate lock expiration dates
• Receive insights and recommendations for your mortgage search

Important: RateNinja is an educational and organizational tool. We are NOT a mortgage broker, lender, or financial advisor. We do not provide financial advice, endorse specific lenders, or act as an intermediary in mortgage transactions.

3. AI Document Extraction Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to extract data from your uploaded documents. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI extraction may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Extracted data should be reviewed and verified by you before making any decisions
• You are solely responsible for confirming the accuracy of extracted information
• RateNinja is not liable for decisions made based on extracted data
• Original source documents should always be referenced for accurate information

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription and Billing

RateNinja is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload documents you do not have the right to share
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Reverse engineer or copy our AI extraction technology
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RateNinja and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your uploaded documents remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• RateNinja is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RateNinja, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
